The family produces only about 60–80 tons of fine salt and 800–1000 tons of coarse salt per year – a small amount, but of exceptional quality. This mineral-rich natural Atlantic salt is valued for its purity and high content of microelements: approximately 96% sodium chloride, with the remainder consisting of beneficial minerals such as magnesium (560 mg/100 g), iodine, potassium, iron, and calcium.
