An aromatherapy bath (or soak) is a highly effective ritual, during which essential oils combined with salt ions are inhaled through the respiratory system and absorbed through the skin.
The salt itself is of exceptional quality, produced traditionally by a family farm on the Atlantic coast. The Portuguese family harvests only about 1,000 tons of salt per year – a small quantity that ensures outstanding quality. This natural Atlantic salt is also used in thalassotherapy due to its purity and rich mineral content: it contains approximately 96% sodium chloride, with the remaining part composed of valuable mineral compounds and trace elements, including sulfates, calcium, magnesium (580 mg / 100 g), iodine, potassium, and iron.
We have enriched this valuable salt with aromatherapeutic bergamot and Roman chamomile essential oils. In aromatherapy, these plant fragrances are valued for their ability to create a calm, harmonious, and relaxing atmosphere, especially suitable for winding down before sleep.

A bath with quality ocean salt and essential oils can help:
- Relax, calm down after the stress of the day;
- experience aromatherapy through both the skin and the respiratory tract;
- replenish the skin with minerals;
- help the skin cleanse itself of dead cells;
- For a bath use 3-4 tbsp. We recommend at least 10-15 minutes of bath.
- Foot bath – 2-3 tbsp.
- Warm salt wrap in bathhouse – dissolve 2 handfuls of aromatherapy salt in ½ bucket of warm water. Soak a bed sheet in the solution, wrap yourself and lie down for 10-15 minutes.
- For children use less concentrated solution – 2-3 tbsp. for a bath, although there is no need to be afraid of the salt. Remember, how much time children spend in salty sea waters when you are on holidays by the sea.
- If your skin is sensitive, do not forget to take a shower afterwards. Also wash your children.
