Concentration calculator

• The calculator is designed to calculate the concentration of essential oils in a carrier (base) oil for topical use. Choosing a safe concentration helps to avoid possible skin irritation.
• For daily use, a concentration of 2–5% is suitable for adults and 0.5–1% for children. For psychological effects and emotional balance, a lower concentration (up to 1%) is sufficient, while for local muscle massage, a higher concentration (3–5%) may be used.
• Always check safe dosages. By entering the number of drops, you can see the resulting concentration of essential oils in a teaspoon, tablespoon, or a 30 ml bottle of carrier oil. In the final field, you can also select your desired amount of carrier oil.
• The calculator uses the value of an average drop, which is commonly used in home aromatherapy.
