Payments, Deliveries & Returns

Payments

  • We accept PAYPAL also VISA, MASTERCARD via Paysera system; the payment is cleared within a few minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can also pay by bank transfer to the KVAPU NAMAI account indicated in the Order Confirmation (which can be accessed by clicking on the link in the email).
  • Payments made by wire transfer are accepted within 24 hours.
  • Once we have received your payment, we will send you the goods along with invoice to the address indicated.

Deliveries

We will dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days (during promotions and sales the time limit may increase to 3-5 working days, we appreciate your patience).

We send FREE of charge purchases over 49 Eur (valid only in Lithuania).

In Lithuania we deliver to OMNIVA parcel machines (3,5 eur) or via VENIPAK door-to-door delivery (4 eur)

For your convenience, you can pick up your online purchases in our boutiques for FREE ( 1-choose the most convenient location during the purchase process, 2-pay, 3-wait for confirmation your order is ready for pick up):

  • Konstitucijos pr./Kalvarijų str. 14, and PC OZAS in Vilnius.
  • Kaunas: Vilniaus str. 37
  • In Klaipėda: PC Akropolis

Abroad, our goods are delivered by AB "Lietuvos paštas" - €12 (flat rate for all countries).

Latvia and Estonia: we deliver to OMNIVA parcel machines; Latvia - 4.50 eur, Estonia - 5 eur.

Return Policy

Please note: Natural products may slightly vary in smell, color, or texture due to the nature of raw ingredients. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

How long can I return a product and get a refund?

Cosmetics, aromatherapy, and perfumery products of high quality are non-refundable.

However, according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, you can return unused and undamaged products purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, if the packaging and commercial appearance are intact.

If the product has already been shipped and you change your mind, return is possible only after the buyer covers the shipping costs.

Vaporizers and diffusers are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.

How does the refund process work?

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at eshop@aromata.lt and include:

  • Invoice number or purchase receipt (preferably attach a copy)

  • Your bank account number

  • Reason for return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

The seller will evaluate your request and inform you of the next steps.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, the money will be transferred within 5 business days.

How will the refund be issued?

  • Online purchases – refunded to your bank account.

  • In-store purchases – refunded in cash or by other means as agreed with the seller.

Can I return a product that has been opened or used?

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Note: Some products, such as fresh creams, may not have protective seals – such products are non-returnable.

What documents are needed for a refund?

A purchase document (receipt, invoice, or card statement) is required.

Without documentation, a refund is only possible with the seller’s consent.

Can I return a discounted item?

Yes, discounted items can be returned. The refunded amount will match the price you paid at purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is not due to a defect, the buyer covers the return shipping.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If more than 5 business days have passed after returning the item and you have not received a refund, please contact eshop@aromata.lt.

Can I return products at any store location?

Returns must be made at the place of purchase or at another location agreed with the seller.
