Payments
You can pay using any bank account or card via Paysera, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay; payments are credited within a few minutes. You can also make a payment by transferring funds to the Kvapų namai account specified in your virtual account (accessible by clicking on the link in the email).
Payments made by bank transfer are credited within 24 hours.
Once we receive your payment, we will send you the goods and a VAT invoice to the address provided.
Delivery
We ship goods within 1-2 business days (during sales, this period may be extended to 3-5 business days—thank you in advance for your understanding and patience).
We ship purchases worth over €49 for FREE (valid only in Lithuania).
In Lithuania, we deliver shipments to OMNIVA parcel terminals (€3.50) or by VENIPAK couriers to the specified address (€4).
For your convenience, you can pick up items purchased online for FREE at our stores (1-select the most convenient location during the purchase process, 2-pay, 3-wait for confirmation that your order is ready):

Our goods are delivered abroad by AB Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) - €12 (valid for shipping to all countries).
Latvia and Estonia: we deliver to OMNIVA parcel terminals; Latvia – €4.50, Estonia – €5.
Return policy
Please note that batches of essential oils, hydrolates, oils, and natural products made from them may vary slightly in scent, color, or texture due to the characteristics of natural extracts. This is not a defect, but a normal and inevitable characteristic of genuine, authentic, non-standardized ingredients.
1. Can I return the product?
High-quality cosmetics, aromatherapy, and perfumery products are non-returnable.
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, other high-quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods have not been used and their packaging and appearance are intact.
If you change your mind after the item has already been shipped, returns are only possible if the buyer pays the shipping costs.
Diffusers are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
2. How does the refund process work?
To return a product, please contact us by email at eshop@aromata.lt. In your email, please indicate:
The invoice number or purchase receipt number (preferably with a copy attached);
The bank account number to which we should transfer the money;
The reason for the return;
The item(s) you wish to return.
The seller will assess the situation and inform you about further steps.
3. How long does it take for the money to be refunded?
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will transfer the money within 5 business days.
4. How will the money for the returned goods be transferred?
If you purchased the item online, the money will be transferred to your bank account. If you purchased the item in a physical store, the money will be refunded in cash or by another method agreed upon with the seller.
5. Can I return an item if it has been unpacked or used?
No. You can only return items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. High-quality cosmetics, aromatherapy, and perfumery products cannot be returned.
As most of our products do not have protective packaging, such items cannot be returned – thank you for your understanding.
6. What documents do I need to submit to get my money back?
Returns are only possible upon presentation of the purchase document (cash register receipt, invoice, or payment card statement). If you do not have the document, returns are only possible with the seller's consent.
7. Can I return an item if I purchased it at a discount?
Yes, discounted items can also be returned if they meet the above conditions. The amount of money will be equal to the actual amount you paid at the time of purchase.
8. Who pays for the shipping costs for returning goods?
If the return is not due to a defect or a mistake made by the seller, the shipping costs shall be covered by the buyer. You can return the goods by informing the seller and delivering them to our office at Popieriaus g. 15, 08404 Vilnius, Lithuania.
9. What should I do if the money for the returned item has not been transferred yet?
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after returning the product, please contact us by email at eshop@aromata.lt.
10. Can I return an item to any store location?
According to retail trade rules, goods must be returned to the place of purchase or another location specified by the seller. If you want to return the goods to another store, please contact us and we will find the most convenient solution for you.
