Tea Tree essential oil, Melaleuca alternifolia, organic Melaleuca alternifolia
Melaleuca alternifolia, Tea tree oil, the essential oil distilled from the branches with leaves of Melalaeuca alternifolia, is one of the best-studied essential oils. It is an essential part of a natural home medicine cabinet.
NEW: We are replacing Australian tea tree essential oil with tea tree oil grown and distilled on an organic farm in South Africa. The main reason for this decision is that the farm is half the distance from Lithuania, so we will release less CO2 than if we ship from Australia. The quality of the oil is really excellent. We visited this farm and were impressed by the love of the people who work there for the plants and the Earth. We hope that you will feel the warmth of their hard-working and loving hands in the tea tree oil they produce.
Tea tree oil is recommended for cleaning the air in homes, public spaces, workplaces and sick rooms (in difusors); for washing floors and cleaning surfaces after adding it to water; for problem areas of the skin (acne, calluses, rashes, etc.); for applying to the soles of the feet after public saunas and swimming pools; and for steam inhalation.
Natural plant essential oils do more than just smell nice. They bring us Nature's molecules where they are lacking and, unlike synthetic fragrances, help to create an anti-stress, soothing and biologically supportive environment. This is very important for city dwellers living and working in synthetic concrete environments and for the more sensitive emerging psyche of children.

Not all the properties of this product are mentioned here. Unfortunately, due to the EU regulation of health claims, we cannot inform you in detail, even if the benefits of this product are scientifically proven.
- Tea tree oil can be used in vaporisers, diffusers or, if you don't have one, just put a few drops of the oil on a piece of cotton wool or fleece and place it in a warm place to purify the indoor air and improve the smell. For example, on a radiator to help the scent spread from the heat. This is particularly valuable for cleaning and purifying the air in children's rooms, common areas and areas where there are sick people. To purify indoor air in schools or kindergartens, it will be safer to ventilate the room when children are not present and to invite the children into the clean air space.
- Tea tree oil can be used to clean surfaces and wash floors. In this case, add a few drops of the oil to water or detergent and use for cleaning. If you only add it to water, wear gloves when cleaning, as essential oils do not dissolve in water and can irritate the skin on your hands when pure. Tea tree oil can be mixed with vinegar, baking soda, and eucalyptus or lemon essential oils. It's also great for refreshing the smell of carpets – make a spray bottle with water and spray.
- Tea tree oil is one of the most popular remedies during the cold season – you can use it to clean indoor air and surfaces; dilute it with a basic vegetable oil and apply it to the pannus, chest, back, feet; use it for body-strengthening massages, chest balms, etc.; or breathe the vapours over a bowl of warm water. Tea tree essential oil is contained in our blends 'Children's germ killer' and 'Protective power'.
- For problem skin, you can incorporate tea tree oil into creams, lotions, cleansers or masks. When used on the whole face, it is usually diluted to 1–1.5 %. If you are applying topically only to acne or acne-prone areas, the concentration can be higher, up to 4–10 %.
- Masks with tea tree oil will be useful to soothe a flaky scalp: e.g. 30 ml coconut oil and 10 drops of tea tree essential oil. Massage this mask onto the scalp, leave it on for a few hours or overnight, then wash off with a mild shampoo.
- After a visit to the swimming pool, sauna or beach, it is a good idea to apply a tea tree treatment to the feet and soles: dilute the essential oil with a base vegetable oil (e.g. coconut) or gel to 2-10%.
- For good-smelling laundry, add a few drops of tea tree oil to the detergent and wash as normal.
- For oral hygiene, tea tree oil is used in rinses or toothpastes. It will be particularly valuable after dental procedures. Do not use too much so that the highly concentrated essential oil does not damage enamel.
- For small wounds (e.g. after shaving or scraping), you can use tea tree oil diluted with vegetable oil or gel (as a base, regenerating plant oil is ideal). In exceptional cases, you can use pure oil on a very small area of skin.
- For general body strengthening, if you are feeling weak and weak, especially during the changing seasons, it is effective to inhale tea tree essential oil – you can vaporise it at home, or sniff it on a tissue or your personal sniffer (imhaler). Additionally, blend with pine, spruce, eucalyptus essential oils.
- do not use on fresh skin as it may cause irritation; dilute with vegetable oil or butter;
- protect eyes;
- effects on pregnant and lactating women are unknown; essential oils should be avoided for the first 3 months of pregnancy and for infants up to 3 months of age unless necessary.
- despite the high phyto-, aromatherapeutic quality of this oil, the aromatherapy community cannot recommend internal use for therapeutic purposes, but such use is possible if prescribed by a phyto/ aromatherapist;
- do not use on cats, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles (evaporate in small quantities at home or use on your own); do not use on dogs, horses, muzzle, genitals, vaccinate;
- this essential oil is not registered as a medicine;

Be arbatmedžio eterinio neapseinu nei vienos dienos.
Sveiki. Girdejau kad atbatmedis naikina karpas. Ar tiesa? Kaip naudoti? Aciu.

Puikus produktas visiems gyvenimo atvejams. Labai rekomenduoju.
Sveiki,
Ar galima šį eterinį atliejų tepti ant odos ? nenudegins ?
Taip, galima tiesiai ant odos. Kūdikiams ir mažiems vaikams skiestą baziniu aliejumi, suaugusiems galima gryną.
Sveiki,
