Eau de Cologne Mint, Bergamot Mint essential oil.

The softest mint of all mint essential oils, with a harmonious, elegant, sophisticated, lemony-bergamot scent that barely contains a hint of mint at all. This hybrid mint produces virtually no mint, menthol, menthone or any other "minty" compound. The essential oil is dominated by linalool (~40%) and linalll acetate (~30%), similar to lavender or bergamot, which is why this mint is also known as bergamot mint, eau de cologne mint

Bergamot mint is the mildest mint in the mint family and can be safely used by children and pregnant women, as the essential oil is virtually free of menthone, other ketones and menthol .

Usage

for restless children and adults
asthenic men
vaporised in diffusers - the scent is very suitable for indoor scenting and is generally liked by almost everyone
in baths and footbaths - mix 10 drops with Solubol, a natural solvent , or cream, or a spoonful of honey, or a handful of salt and dissolve in a 38C bath of water. Lie for 15-20 minutes until the water cools; breathe deeply.
For massages - add 5 drops to a tablespoon of coconut, jojoba, apricot oil and massage the neck, arms, feet, back; anxious toddlers complaining of stomach pains (often a sign of stress in children) will benefit from a gentle belly massage

do not use on fresh skin as it may cause irritation; dilute with vegetable oil, cream or other base
effects on pregnant and lactating women are unknown; essential oils should be avoided for the first 3 months of pregnancy and for infants up to 3 months of age unless necessary.
despite the high phyto-, aromatherapeutic quality of this oil, the aromatherapy community cannot recommend internal use for therapeutic purposes, but such use is possible if prescribed by a phyto/ aromatherapist;
