For the skin:
- Apply a small amount of the scrub to damp skin.

- Wet your hair and scalp.
- Apply a small amount of the scrub to your scalp, focusing on the roots of your hair.
- Gently massage with your fingertips for 1–2 minutes. Do not rub too hard or scratch the skin with your nails.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Wash your hair with shampoo and use conditioner if needed.
