Camphor tree essential oil (Ho Wood, Ho Shiu, Ho Leaf, Ravintsara) Cinnamomum camphora
Ho Wood and White Camphor essential oils, distilled from the bark, smell fresh, have warm floral and woody undertones, and are very similar to rosewood essential oil.
Ho Leaf essential oil is a fresh, green, floral and woody scent. However, they all have one thing in common – they are derived from the bark, leaves, twigs and wood of the camphor cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum camphora), a tree native to South East Asia.
