Description

Aromatherapy Spearmint Serenity Ritual Mist will help you to calm down quickly and relax as soon as you spray it on. Wonderfully cools heated skin, extinguishes heat caused by emotions, tension, pace, friction.

It is a gentle aromatherapy perfume made from pure and authentic hydrolates and essential oils tested in our lab. Here's our gently soothing, sweet-smelling distilled Lithuanian spearmint hydrolat, with relaxing essential oils of spearmint, bergamot and camphorwood (ho wood).

A rich garden dew. Falling in the morning, running in streams, it invites you to touch it, to be refreshed. Gently scented, subtly working - when you need help to calm down, cool down, slow down.

About Plant Powers:

Spearmint - Spearmint essential oil has been shown in studies to relieve stress, reduce tension, relax, help when you can't fall asleep, and improve the quality of sleep. This essential oil is quite different from the intense essential oils of mint and peppermint, which are rich in menthol and menthone. It is much milder, containing only up to 1% menthone, with carvone and limonene as the other active constituents. It is much safer to use even with young children.

Linalool chemotype Ho wood - reduces fatigue and associated nervousness, balances the emotions, calms the nervous system and aids sleep. It contains as much as 89% of the relaxing, anxiety-reducing component linalool (which we are most familiar with from lavender essential oil).

Bergamot is a relaxing, anxiety-relieving, tension-reducing citrus and floral essential oil. Particularly helpful for irritability, frustration, pent-up emotions, mood swings and sleep deprivation. Helps to relax and "let go". The anxiety-reducing and nervous system calming effects of bergamot have been extensively studied by the Italian scientist Paolo Rovesti, who proposed the use of bergamot for its relaxing psychological effects.

Usage

If you have troubles falling asleep we recommend creating a little evening ritual:

Just before going to bed spray the mist onto your bed sheets; the scent will last for 10 - 15 minutes, the amount of time you will need to fall asleep
Lay down, concentrate on your breathing: normal inhale and twice as long slow exhale; repeat for 10 times.
