Our sea aalt is made using the traditional sun and wind drying method on a Portuguese family farm on the Atlantic coast. Only about 1000 tons of salt are produced per year, so it is of extremely high quality.
It contains 96% sodium chloride, and the rest consists of important minerals and trace elements: sulfates, calcium, calming magnesium(580mg/100g), iodine, potassium, iron, calcium. It is used not only for food, but also in thalassotherapy (therapy with sea water), in salt rooms, saunas, at home for body scrubs, wraps, inhalations.
People have been collecting salt along the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts for millennia. The salt fields are dried by the sun, energy is provided by the wind, and the raw material is the sea. The workers in the salt fields are both sailors and peasants. He plows the salt fields, but talks about grapes and harvest. - For food.
- For the bath – 3 - 4 tablespoons; lie in the bath for at least 10-15 minutes.
- For foot bath – 2 - 3 tablespoons.
- For a bath – breathe the salt-laden air by scooping the warmed salt from one bowl to another. After the bath, wrap yourself in a sheet soaked in the salt solution.
- Each of these treatments can be enriched with a few drops of essential oil infused into the salt.
- For scrubbing the feet.

Juokinga rašyti, kad druska sūri, bet, palyginus - druska tikrai sūri! Perėjus prie jos, kurį laiką vis persūdydavau... Taigi, šalia kūno priežiūros, žiemos inhaliacijų, šią kokybišką druską sėkmingai pritaikome virtuvėje!

mano vyras pats sūdo namie lašiša, pabandė šia druską, tai skonis nesulyginamas. Apskritai visas gaminamas maistas dabar skanesnis, netikejau, kad druska gali daryti tokia įtaka maisto skoniui
