How to use MIST 50ml for body:
Shake – close your eyes – spritz yourself – inhale deeply!
This is a light, functional fragrance, and it is advisable to always have a bottle handy so that you can use the help of plant scents whenever you need it. Spray onto skin or hair from a distance of 20 cm.
How to use ESSENTIAL OIL COMPLEX 5ml:
- For ambiental aromatherapy. Add 3-10 drops to a diffuser; diffuse 1-2 times a day for 10-20 minutes.
- For personal inhalation. Put 10-20 drops on the tip of the nozzle and close it tightly; inhale deeply as needed. If you do not have a diffuser, you can inhale 2-4 drops on a handkerchief, sleeve, or scarf.
- For foot baths. Mix 3–6 drops with a little shampoo and salt and stir into a bowl of hot water; soak your feet until the water cools down.
- For aromatic baths. Mix 3–6 drops with a little shampoo and stir into warm (not hot!) bath water; soak for 10–20 minutes until the water cools down.
- For an aromatic shower. Mix 3-6 drops with a tablespoon of salt and sprinkle under your feet before, during, or after washing; breathe deeply.
- In body or massage oil. Mix 3-6 drops into 1 tablespoon of base (unperfumed) oil.
