- sniff, inhale from a handkerchief, sleeve (3 drops), make yourself a personal sniffing device (up to 20 drops); Breathe in and out deeply 3-5 times; to calm down, the exhalation should be longer than the inhalation;
- diffuse the scent into the air using vaporizers-diffusers in 3-10 drop sessions for 10-20 minutes several times a day; Choose the number of drops depending on the size of the room and your personal sensitivity; follow the principle of "less is better."
- can be dripped onto wool, pine cones, pieces of wood, clay diffusers, and placed nearby;
- You can drip it onto a tissue and place it on a warm radiator – the heat will help the fragrant molecules spread even better.
- In massage/body oil: 1-6 drops in a tablespoon of base oil; concentration for adults 0.5-5% depending on the area being massaged and frequency (use our calculator here); or 1-6 drops in 1 tablespoon of base oil, e.g. jojoba;
- aromatic bath - mix 3-6 drops with a drop of shampoo, a handful of salt, 100ml of cream or 40 drops of Solubol (natural essential oil solvent), pour into a bath of warm (not hot) water, stir; lie down for 10-20 minutes until the water cools down;
- foot bath - mix 6-10 drops with a dash of shampoo, a handful of salt, 100 ml of cream, a dash of shampoo, or 40 drops of Solubol (natural essential oil solvent), pour into a bowl of water, stir; soak your feet for 10-20 minutes until the water cools down, breathe in the fragrant vapors while leaning over;
- Freshen up handbags, closets, drawers - drip onto a handkerchief, into potpourri, or scented sachets.

Nuostabus, gilus, visapusiškas. Ne tik lydi nurimimas, bet ir gili koncentracija. Daug esu bandžiusi eterinių aliejų kvapų, tačiau pabandžiusi šį, nebegarinu daugiau jokio kito! Pats geriausias kvapas kokį tik esu bandžiusi ir kokybė labai gera, ilgai kvepia.
Nuostabus kvapas, primena bažnyčios kvapus. Šiuo metu pats mėgstamiausias, ir labai skalsus, ilgam užtenka.
Turiu keleta eterinių aliejų mišinių, bet šis mylimiausias. Naudoju vietoje kvepalų. Ne visiems patinka, esu gavusi komentarą, kad smirda batų tepalu šis mišinys. O man jis kaip narkotikas, negaliu atsispirt.
Šį eterinių aliejų mišinį rinkausi vien iš aprašymo...bandžiau įsivaizduoti tą kvapą... Rizikavau. Ir mane tas kvapas nustebino.. toks gilus, ramus, sutelkiantis kvapas.. priminė senovinę medinę bažnyčia, kurioje labai gera ir jauku.

Nuostabus kvapas! Nesitikėjau kad yra dar eterinių aliejų kurie mane gali nustebinti ir kurių dar nesu bandžius! Numanau kad vanilės ir santalo duetas užduoda pagrindą šiam kvapui, apgaubia ir sukoncentruoja į vieną visumą. O kedras priduoda šilumos. Labai prabangus kvapas.

Nuostabus, "gilus" kvapas, kurį, rodės, galėčiau suvalgyti, kaip kvepia. Pastebėjau sezoniškumą, kad labiausiai uoslei tinka šaltuoju metų laiku, kai ir gamta susikaupia ir nurimsta. Tikriausiai organizmui norisi analogiškos ramybės. Labai gerai tiko jogos praktikai, momentais, kai turėjau neaiškios kilmės nerimą.
Prieš egzaminą atrodė širdis sustos. Negalėjau patikėti, kad šis mišinys gali taip gerai nuraminti, sutelkti mintis. Ačiū!
