This essential oil blend will alleviate a state of stress, tension and nervous indigestion, become a helpful hand for overworked, irritated, moody, sleepless people.
Put few drops on the corner of your bedsheets or clothing, use in a diffuser in the evening after a long day. Enrich your massage oils with this blend or treat yourself with an aromatherapy bath – put few drops on the bath salt. For vitalizing effect – dilute the blend into any carrier oil and massage your solar plexus area.

- Bergamot (Citrus x aurantium ssp. bergamia)

Do not use directly on the skin (dilute in carrier oils), avoid direct sunlight and sunbathing up to 12 hours after application on the skin due to the citrus essential oils in the blend. Keep away from the eyes. If used in safe concentrations it is suitable for kids (up to 1% dilution) and for adults (2-5% dilution).
