European Silver Fir Essential Oil, botanical name Abies alba, also known as Silver Fir or European Silver Fir in English and Sapin blanc in French.

Its fresh, elegant aroma instantly evokes a mature coniferous forest somewhere in the mountains. For Europeans, fir is also closely associated with the scent of Christmas trees and family celebrations—the kind many of us eagerly awaited as children.

This essential oil contains more than 100 compounds, predominantly monoterpenes, with alpha-pinene > limonene > beta-pinene > camphene > caryophyllene among its main constituents.
