Mastic Tree Leaf Essential Oil  (Pistacia lentiscus L.) is distilled from the leaves of the mastic tree.

It is often used in blends for tired-leg care or when a lighter, more comfortable feeling in the tissues is desired. It is also used in massage blends, including those designed for cellulite-prone skin.

Mastic trees grow throughout the Mediterranean region, and you may have seen these distinctive shrubs or small trees there. On the Greek island of Chios, they are cultivated as trees and their resin—known as mastic—is harvested.
