Organic coffee CO2 extract obtained from roasted Arabica beans, Coffea arabica. It is a fatty oil with characteristic roasted coffee aroma compounds - 2-furylmethanol, methylpyrazine, 2,6-dimethylpyrazine, 5-methylfurfural, 2-furylmethanol acetate; contains caffeine (< 0.5%).

It has a tonic, energizing effect and lifts the mood of coffee lovers. It is used to flavor food - baked goods, ice cream, candy, desserts. It is also used in perfumery and cosmetics.

Raw material: coffea arabica - Roasted beans

Production: Roasted coffea beans of arabica type are extracted by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms.

Contains all CO2-soluble lipohilic components. Brown, slightly turbid oil with typical flavour of roasted coffee 

Fatty oil with coffee flavour components e.g. 2-Furanmethanol, Methylpyrazine, 2,6 Dimethylpyrazine, 5-Methylfurfural, Furfuryl acetate, etc., caffeine < 0,5 %. 

Application: as flavor in ice cream, desserts, beverages, in cosmetics and perfumery 

The product is manufactured from the named raw material. It contains no additives and no other technical adjuncts, it is not blended and not formulated. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.
