Coffee CO2 Extract Coffea arabica

Organic Coffee CO₂ Extract obtained from roasted Arabica beans (Coffea arabica). This is a fixed oil containing the characteristic aromatic compounds of roasted coffee, including 2-furanmethanol, methylpyrazine, 2,6-dimethylpyrazine, 5-methylfurfural, 2-furanmethanol acetate, as well as caffeine (<0.5%). The aroma of roasted coffee is associated with an atmosphere of alertness and uplifted mood, especially appreciated by coffee lovers. In addition, owing to its aromatic properties, coffee has long been valued and used as a flavouring ingredient. This extract complies with the EU Regulation on flavouring substances.
