Gamintojas nenurodo patalpų ploto, be to, tai priklauso kokius eterinius aliejus gariname: vieni intensyvūs, pasklinda plačiai ir ilgai laikosi, kiti ramūs, prie kurių uoslė greitai adaptuojasi ir jų nebejaučiame. Taip pat kvadratūra dar ne viską pasako - jeigu aukštos lubos, loft tipo - erdvė padidėja, jeigu daug pertvarų - kvapas gali užsilaikyti vienur ir nebūti toks intensyvus kitur. Iš patirties - maždaug 40 kv.metrų.

Jungiamas į tinklą. Geriau nenaudoti tirštų, lipnių, dervingų aliejų, taip pat skiestų baziniais aliejais - po tokių išvalyti garintuvą sunkiau, aliejus prilimpa, gali sutrumpėti prietaiso tarnavimo laikas.
