70 % alcoholic solution of Peruvian balsam resin extract. 

Peru Balsam is the resin (oleoresin) of the balsam tree, Myroxylon balsamum (L.) Harms. It is dark, liquid, and highly aromatic, with notes of vanilla, amber, and fruity woods. A popular perfumery ingredient, it is used in base notes and as a fixative. It belongs to the amber fragrance family and has excellent longevity.

The recommended maximum concentration in cosmetic and perfumery products intended for use on the skin is 0.4%, due to its potential allergenicity.
