Consists of (pure essential oils):
- Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.)
- Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus)
- Caraway (Carum carvi)
- Bergamot (Citrus x aurantium, spp. Bergamia)

Fennel is used since ancient times for abdominal discomfort and until nowadays it is used as an effective agent for the ones who enjoy anisic taste and smell. Traditional Caraway is one of the safest essential oils in aromatherapy and can be used even for the youngest children. Tarragonis another bitter herb used in traditional medicine for indigestion, very strong and potent ingredient used in minimal dosage. And the blend is inlaced with an amazing Bergamot essential oil which relaxes the belly and emotions, lifts up the mood and decreases irritability, anxiety and psychogenic spasms.
Put few drops on a napkin, inhale straight from the bottle or use it in a diffuser. But the most effective way is to give yourself a soothing belly massage: put 2-3 drops of this blend into a spoon of any carrier oil (eg. sesames, coconut, olive oil) and rub it onto your belly, pelvic zone, solar plexus, inhale the aroma from your palms.
This blend can be used as laxative drops with a doctor‘s recommendation: put 4-6 drops of this blend into a tea spoon of oil, honey or sugar.
Not suitable for children under the age of 2 (until age of 5 use only externaly and in minimal concentrations), pregnancy, breast feeding, history of epilepsy, current estrogen realted cancer diagnosis, endometriosis. Use with caution in combination with diabetes medicine and anticoagulants. Expired and oxidized blend will irritate the skin. Keep away from sun, do not leave the bottle open. Avoid direct sunlight and sunbathing up to 12 hours after the application on the skin due to the Bergamot essential oil in the blend.
